How We Evaluate Running Gear
We evaluate running shoes and gear through research-based spec analysis, not hands-on lab testing: we compare manufacturer specifications, World Athletics competition rules, the underlying engineering (stack height, drop, plate design, foam type, GPS chipset class), and aggregated owner-feedback themes. What "spec analysis" means

If a category's marketing is mostly inflation, we say so.
